HOW TO RETURN & REFUND AN ITEM
- Ensure the item(s) meet the criteria for returns in the Return & Refund Policy below.
- Fill up and submit the Return Application Form. Click HERE to be directed to the Return Application Form.
- You will be informed via email about your return application within 3 working days. Our Customer Support team will reach out to you to arrange for return pickup based on the information submitted via the Return Form.
- Please pack the items accordingly and seal the parcel to prevent potential incidents such as damage or missing items during returns which will affect the refund.
- Courier will pick up your parcel on the date and location agreed and return will usually take 3-5 working days to reach the warehouse.
- Once the returned parcel has been received at the warehouse and items have cleared inspection, the Store Voucher refund will be shared via email within 3 working days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- All returned items will be refunded via online Store Voucher only. Please ensure that the refund details provided are accurate and Refund Store Voucher cannot be re-issued or refunded once it has been issued and shared with the customer. If there is an unavoidable case that an alternative refund method is required, kindly contact our customer support team via the Contact Us Form which is subject to Poler’s approval.
- No exchange of size, color or item is allowed.
- For returns, only the drop off method is available.
- Return applications must be submitted and the return process must be completed within 30 days upon receiving the parcel. Return and refund requests after this period of time will be void.
- Return applications can only be submitted after the parcel has been delivered.
- All items shall be packed with its original packaging or boxes.
- All items shall be packed inside a shipping bag and sealed before handover or drop off to the courier.
- Condition of the items to be returned shall be in new, unworn and intact with its label or tags.
- Poler only accepts returns for returnable items.
- Poler reserves the right to reject the refund if there's damage found at the returned item(s) after inspection.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We aim to process your return/refund at the fastest time possible! Please allow 3 working days for our team to process your refund after the item is received at our warehouse and has cleared inspection. Poler reserves the right to withhold your refund if the item has not reached our warehouse or to reject the refund request if the returned item is unable to clear warehouse inspection.
REFUND AMOUNT
- The Refund Store Voucher refund amount will be equivalent to the order final paid price (after discount or voucher usage). If you return an item which has been purchased during a sale period or using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
- Shipping fee will be refunded if the customer returns ALL items in a single order.
- Shipping fee will NOT be refunded if the customer returns only partial items out of the single order.
- Poler reserves the right to reject the refund request if there's damage found at the returned item(s) after inspection.
REFUND: ONLINE STORE VOUCHER UTILIZATION T&C
- Each unique Refund Store Voucher can only be utilized one time and will be issued to the customer in a single voucher for the full refund amount. No splitting is permitted.
- If the customer only utilizes the Refund Store Voucher amount partially, the unused balance will be void.
- The Store Voucher is only valid for 6 months. After the voucher has expired, customer will not be able to utilize the voucher any longer and the unused amount will not be refunded or re-issued.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Return shipping is free of charge and you should be able to find the return label provided by Poler in the parcel initially delivered to you. Please refer to the ‘How To Return & Refund An Item’ instruction outlined above to arrange for a drop off return.
