All Poler products are fully warranted with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

 

The warranty period covered by Poler will be under categories below.

• Fashion items have a 90 days warranty from the date of purchase
• Non Fashion items have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase

 

If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship, please reach out to our customer support team via the Contact Us Form detailing what the issue is and providing any supporting evidence (eg. photo, video, etc.) and all original purchase information you can, including the order number. We may require the defective merchandise to be returned for a warranty evaluation.
